หลักการทำงาน
วาล์ว Alfa Laval Unique Mixproof เป็นวาล์วประเภทปกติปิด (NC) ซึ่งควบคุมจากระยะไกลผ่านระบบลมจัดส่ง
ในการแยกของเหลวทั้งสองชนิดออกจากกัน วาล์วจะใช้ซีลปลั๊กสองชิ้นที่ทำงานแยกจากกันอย่างเป็นอิสระ โดยช่องว่างระหว่างซีลทั้งสองจะทำหน้าที่เป็นห้องระบายการรั่วสู่บรรยากาศ ในกรณีที่เกิดการรั่วซึมของผลิตภัณฑ์ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นได้ยาก ผลิตภัณฑ์จะไหลเข้าสู่ห้องระบายนี้และถูกปล่อยออกทางท่อระบายการรั่วทันที
